Plugin Not Working

Great plugin!

I have configured this to work correctly as per the setup video, and deactivated all other plugins.

Here is the form on my website.

It has 5 steps.

The problem is;

1st page moves to the second page correctly, but on the 2nd page it does not move on to the 3rd when hitting the NEXT button. It just sits there and does not respond.

I have triple checked all the settings and think its correct.

I can see the hidden code etc in the page source, but its just not working.

PLEASE HELP! Its been a big job so far, and now its not working which is frustrating. I must be doing something wrong that I have missed?
