plugin not working

I have the plugin installed on my blog at https://kishorkr.com
The plugin is installed, adtivated. It’s even working but in a half way. The comment form doesn’t show website field. But still I am receiving Comments in moderation queues that have url field filled. I don’t know how that is even possible.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/stop-comment-form-spam/
