Plugin not working?

  • Hi, my plugin has been working for a long time but now it’s not. When I type in emails on the form on my front page it says I’m subscribed and to await a confirmation email but it never comes. I’ve done this multiple times today and yesterday and they are not taking. My sister has also tried and she never got a confirmation email either. A subscriber had brought this to my attention that she signed up but did not get a confirmation email.

    I had some problems with my mailing list so I have been reconfirming subscribers and people are signing up through a form that I have set up on Mail Chimp. Both the reconfirming subscribers and the form on my site subscribers are going to the same list.

    I can’t figure out why it’s not working?

    Thanks for the post! There was a little communication snafu and we didn’t get notified about this forum post. That resulted in a bit of a delayed response, and I want to start off by apologizing for that. I’ll be happy to help out as much as I can.

    In order to do that, could you please reply back here with a link to your form so I can run through some trouble shooting steps on my end? Also, if you feel comfortable sending me a couple of example email addresses you tested the form with, that would be helpful as well.
