  • Hi Hivetech_ch,

It looks like there might be a theme conflict here. It looks like your theme is loading it’s own jQuery library which could be causing some issues. Have you tried the Featherlight plugin using a default WordPress theme and with all plugins disabled?

If you can try that out and report back, we’ll move ahead from there.

Thanks so much for trying it out!

    Hi WP Site Care.
I installed default-theme twenty fifteen and it works fine (no other plugins disabled, just theme change).
The Problem is that I Need the own jQuery lib for a self-made function. I always work with the latest jQuery version.

    Thanks in advance

Attention! I put the site on the main domain https://www.hivetech.ch, because this issue is not critical for me so I published it.
The old beta link doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t have support for jQuery libraries outside of WordPress core, and we won’t be supporting that in future versions either. If you choose to use a custom jQuery library then you’ll have to make modifications on your end to ensure compatibility.

    Best of luck to you!
