Plugin not working

  • Hi.The plugin is not working for the last two days and I don’t know why. Until then, worked perfectly. Contact Form 7 forms in my web are not doing anything because they always get an error: ‘smtp timeout’. When I try to send an email using a form, my web stops for a minute and then come back again, but without sending the message.

    But the problem is not my email provider. I have used other similar plugins and all of them work fine with my provider. But the thing is I prefer your plugin because it rocks. Do you know why this is happening? Is gonna be a newer version of the plugin soon?

  • You should be able to get some info (discussion between plugin and smtp) on the messages log page :
    /wp-admin/tools.php?page=postman_email_log
    with the “transcript” link.

    It only say “timeout..” ?

    If it works with others plugins on the same smtp, maybe you can try using another port : 25 instead 587 and vice versa.
