plugin not working

    Hello, i am also using the post shipping plug-in on my site https://www.lutheria.be
    It does calculate the correct shipping costs as i set them in SHM but when trying to check out it just scrolls up to the top of the page again and further nothing.
    I don’t even get an error message or something.

    I tried everything like setting the right sender adress and checking shipping cost modules in the admin panel but nothing.

    why itsn’t it working?

    Can you confirm you’re using latest plugin version 1.2.16 ?

    Yes i checked and the plug in is version 1.2.16

    Hi, i just updated to 2.0.0. Still doesn’t work. I’m using virtue theme by Kadence and woocommerce but your plugin doesn’t seem to work with the theme

    Hello,

    It seems your theme “virtue” is in cause.
    Can you please make a test activating another one – storefront f.e. – and confirm it’s working or not?
