Check your error logs, as a 500 error could be just about anything. If you don’t have access to those, ask your webhost to search them for anything related to Imsanity

The error log is something generated by the server that pinpoints exactly where in the code the server had a problem. You can’t access it from within WordPress (normally). It’s usually accessible from the control panel provided by your webhost. Some webhosts don’t make it accessible, and you have to ask them to check it for you.

Looking at your screenshot again, it looks like the search portion was successful. You got the 500 error when you hit the button to start resizing, right?

If so, first thing that comes to mind is not enough memory. You can sometimes adjust the memory for WordPress using these instructions: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Often, your webhost will allow changing the memory limit via your control panel also.
