Plugin not working

Hi There,

I’ve installed your amazing plugin and I am very interested in buying a pro version but its free version is not working and I am unable to see how it would zoom my vertical oriented images @ https://poemsroma.it/shop/all/sales/flack-crop-top-2/
The plugin is activated, setting is enabled to appear on my woo products but its not working.
Please help and let me know if you want me to send you over my wp-login details on an email somewhere?
