Plugin Not Working

    Hello,

    Is the plugin working with latest woocommerce version ?

    I installed plugin and added some up sells and cross sells through the plugin page but I see nothing when I click on Add to Cart on product page. I’m using Flatsome theme.

    The plugins is working fine with the latest version of WooCommerce. Please check if you have turn on the plugin in
    1. Dashboard/ Boost Sales
    2. Boost Sales/ Up-sell Tab
    3. Boost Sales/ Cross sell Tab

    Thank you for your reply,
    It looks like it’s not compatible with Flatsome theme.

    I have disabled all plugins and still not working. Flatsome theme has its own small cart dropdown when Add to Cart is clicked. It may be causing some incompatibility.

    There is no problem with flatsome theme.
    Do you use categories to manage your products?

    Hello Julian,

    Thank you for your help and I apology for the inconvenience. The issue was in my wp admin panel.
    Upsell – Cross sell – Discount – Design tabs were unclickable (I taught they are disabled by default in free version) because of incompatibility with Alidropship plugin. After disabling it I managed to click the tabs and enable Upsell and Cross sell.
