• Hi, i wanted to buy the pro version so i checked if the free version was workable or not. But it isnt after i enable the plugin all my orders from the past 5 6 months have disappeared also new orders are not showing up. And after now after i changed the settings the order page is not opening. Can you please help me solve this issue so i can purchase the pro version.

    Please try to disable and enable the plugin. It should bring your orders back.
    Besides that I just updated the plugin to version 1.1.0, it should be available in no time.

    So please try to update it too.

    Hi, i Purchased the pro plugin however i am having problems in understanding it. The pro plugin features said that when a sub order status is cancelled it will effect the main order amount however this is not happening,
    Secondly it also said that in main orders the sub orders status paid or non paid will be shown but this too i am not able to setup.

    Kindly help me.

    Hi, sure.

    This plugin creates a “Remaining” column on both admin and frontend.
    This option is located on WooCommerce > Settings > Multi Order > Interface

    That column will show how much is still left to pay depending on the suborders status.
    For example, if a suborder is completed, its value will be subtracted from main order, but only at this remaining column. The same thing goes for cancelled status. But in order to work the way you want maybe you have to setup on the status section.

    On Deduct Status, you can add the cancelled there and remove it from the Undeduct status

    The paid and unpaid status are meant to be used on admin only. The will be displayed on the payment column.

    I have tried these options but nothing is changing,

    The remaining column didn’t show up?
    If you enable it on the admin side, it will be visible on WooCommerce > Orders page

    And what is you deduct and undeduct status options?
    Please try to set it like this:

    Deduct Status:
    Processing, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed

    Undeduct Status:
    Pending payment, on hold,

    After setting this, please try to save the orders and take a look at the remaining column

    No the column didnot show up,
    I have enabled them, everything is as you told me to do, but its not showing up.

    The status is also set as the exactly same.
