Plugin not working

    As the title implies, the plugin isn’t working. It’s been more than 24 hours since I installed it. Doesn’t work either as a widget. I was actually looking for an inline related posts plugin, came across this one and wanted to give it a try. Looks very nice and intuitive in the back end but nope, it doesn’t work ??

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It doesn’t appear that you have any posts imported on your account. In the Bibblio tab of your WP admin page, what do you see when you press “Import published posts”, do you only get a “Currently importing” message?

    Thanks for your prompt reply. It too a very long time to import those posts from Biblio. I saw the ‘Currently Importing’ msg for almost 24 hours. This is what I see at the moment:

    Thank you for the screenshot. We believe something in your WP setup is blocking the import, which is why you are currently unable to use the plugin.

    As we’ll need to exchange some information regarding your account, would you be ok with us emailing you at the address you provided during signup so we can continue the troubleshooting?
