Unfortunately, this plugin needs some configuration to work and doesn’t quite work out of the box. Following the installation instructions may be helpful here. If you’ve followed the instructions you can verify that the API keys are indeed version 2 ( on the Google ReCaptcha management page.
Once logged into the websites WordPress, using the left-hand navigation, navigate to Contact -> reCaptcha Version. Here you can tell the forms to use the version 2 of reCaptcha.
Finally, you’ll need to make sure each of your forms has the [recaptcha] tag set somewhere on the form.
Rest assured that we have tested this on multisite installations and it does work as expected with the correct configurations set.
