Plugin not working

    Hi,I installed your plugin for product template with Elementor. I have also activated your Ascend theme. The plugin unfortunately does not work. In fact, after the publication of a product template there are no related changes in the products. I have disabled all those additional plugins of other developers but the problem remains.

    Have you created product templates? And assigned those templates to your products? Can you post a link?

    Hi, thanks for the answer. I forgot to assign the template to the product!

    Can I ask another question? I always refer to the product template with Elementor and I would like to know how I can create multiple rows in the same column. In other words, after choosing the type of section, for example with 2 columns, how can I divide one of the 2 columns into 2 rows? Thanks

    Sorry, I’m not sure I’m following. You can create stack widgets in a single column. Is that what you mean?

    Yes, It’s what I mean. For example, in a section of 2 columns I would insert a text in left column, while in right column I would insert up a text and down an image (just a stack widgets in right column).

    Sorry that we are misunderstanding each other. Does it work for you to simply stack the widgets in a single column? Giving it the effect of two rows?
