    Hi,
    I just install your plugin with the correct tracking number of my site, I’ve check in the code correctly appears in the pages with your plugin (and yes), I’ve test to be of different pages of my site with a non logged admin access on Firefox (I am logged on my site with Chrome), and I keep getting 0 visits. So it seems that the tracking doesn’t work.

    Hi Nick, it sounds like the issue could be related to your Google account, or possibly a plugin or theme. The GA Google Analytics plugin only adds the GA tracking code to your pages and that’s pretty much it. So if you check the page source and see the correct tracking code, the plugin has accomplished its mission. Everything else from there is up to Google, crawling, collecting data, displaying in your account, and so forth.

    Thanks for your answer Jeff.
    I really didn’t touch anything on my site (I am on vacation) and the reporting suddenly stops to work.
    I search for any breakdown in GA service and find nothing. And now, few hours after the reporting stops, it just come back (and I didn’t touch anything more)…
    It is really strange… Do you have any idea why this happens?

    That’s good to hear. Not sure why Google might exhibit erratic behavior. Hopefully everything is okay now? You may want to ask about it in the Google support forums, hopefully someone can help with any account-specific questions.
