Plugin not working

  • Hi,

    I am unable to initiate chat with my users and it always displays as offline. When I log into my WP Admin (I am an administrator) and click on the Live Chat menu item, I get this message: Only chat agents can access this page

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we do appreciate your time.

    Please note, administrators are not automatically added as agents to the system. This means you may need to navigate to Live Chat -> Settings -> Agents -> And add your account to the agent list.

    Once this is complete, you should be able to access the chat dashboard and set your chat box to online mode.
