Plugin not working

Thank you. At this juncture, I will temporarily use an alternative plugin. If media.net is working I will switch.

I know this is a pipedream and perhaps a separate thread but, will the ads eventually work with AMP.

Do you have an estimated date for a working version release? If I activate the plugin now all I get is a message:
“Reset password link sent to your email.” – which it was not. It is just a general error.

Sorry to hear that you’re still facing issues. Can you please try updating the plugin and see if that resolves your issue.

Updating and reinstalling the plugin does not do it.
Even with no other plugins, it does not work.
I think the media.net plugin does not work perhaps because of it is so new and still under development.
I am curious does any person has this plugin working who uses WordPress?

Can you please share some screenshots so that we can debug it. Also if you can share the screenshot of the console on media.net plugin page, it would be really helpful.
And if it is possible for you then can you please let us know the php version of your website?

5.3.2 WordPress
Media.net v2.4.12

My Media.net dashboard is blank and does not work. Just a gray blank screen.
Except for a message that says”reset password link sent”
Nothing else. All grey.

Wordpress Forums do not have the ability to post images from my understanding. That is why I described it to you.

I also tried with other versions of php such as 7.0 and 7.2 and it does not work.

Again, just a plain WordPress install.

It seems like you might be getting cached scripts. Can you try deleting cache and retrying.
Or you can try hard refreshing on the media.net plugin page by pressing Ctrl + F5.

I deleted all cache for all time
I deleted the plugin.
I reinstalled the plugin.
I refreshed the plugin.
I tried in multiple browsers on different computers and OS.
I deactivated all other plugins.
It does not work.
What percentage of users have this working successfully?

It should be noted that neither the “back to login” works nor was an email sent.

It’s just a false screen that randomly appeared.

We’re trying to identify the cause of the issue. The screenshot you attached does give us some clue.
Can you please also provide the screenshot of the Web console. You can open the console with the following shortcuts:
Windows, Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J
MacOS: Cmd + Opt + J or Shift + ? + J.
