Plugin not working

I’m experiencing some trouble. The plugin is activated, but it is not showing underneath my comment box for readers of my blog. However, when I’m logged in and visit my site, it is visible. I keep getting the following error when I visit my website as a visitor: “Error: you must agree with the terms to send a comment. Hit the back button on your web browser and resubmit your comment if you agree with the terms.” However, this doesn’t work, the check box is still not visible when you go back and you keep getting this message when you try to post a comment.

The plugin has always worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. I have the latest update installed and also have the latest WordPress version. I just find it strange that I can see it when I’m logged in myself, but my readers can’t.
