Plugin not working

    Hello,

    I tried this plugin. It installed and activated just fine. However when I try to use it (export site), nothing is working. neither of the 5 buttons (Export, advanced, add, find, report issue) are functioning (there is no reaction on clicking).

    I have tried on three different WP installations hosted on two separate providers, and using both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

    Can you please help?

    It is difficult to determine what is causing this issue from the information that you posted. Try to disable some of the active plugins as there could be a plugin conflict. See if the hosting provider can provide support for this.
    If all fails, it could be that you are on an unsupported hosting provider.

    How did you solve it? I’m having the same problem. Right after installation i cannot press any button in the settings. Tried it on another site and i worked just fine. Any specific plugin conflict?

    I never did figure it out. Figured it was not worth the trouble (may have caused other issues) and am doing the shift manually.
