plugin not working after changing domains

I checked it out and everything looks good on the back end, but for some reason our API call is getting cancelled on your page which is breaking the plugin. We couldn’t reproduce the issue by installing the velvet blue plugin. Can you please send us a complete list of your plugins list to [email protected] so we can trouble shoot further?
