Plugin not working after hosting update

The plugin was working great, but then I switched hosting companies, and now it’s not working. Two pages: https://www.vironika.org/selftalk and https://www.vironika.org/love-mindset.

Also, one of them now says “hide for mobile users”? What’s that about?
