Plugin not working after latest update – Version 1.4.1

Change the number of images to be shown hit save,refresh page

I had the same problem after upgrade to 1.41: no photos showing. Before I came to this support page, I just went back to 1.4, which works fine.

Is there some other compelling reason to upgrade to 1.41? I realize some people had problems, but 1.4 seems to work fine on our site.

When you say change the number of images, did you mean to a specific number? Any number up to 12? I believe we are currently set to 8 with 1.4. If I simply reset 1.41 to 8, will that work?

@forkmedia yes. Update to 1.4.1 set the number of images to any other that the one you currently have, hit save, refresh the page where images should show. I will fix this for future updates.

@anamalagabara change the image size on the widget configuration. Set it to full. Also disable saving images to media library. Once this is checked let me know what happened.

That worked. Can I change the settings now thought? I would like to preserved the previous settings.

I had the same problem with this upgrade and changing the number of images has worked. However, I am curious why I have a Bitcoin & Paypal promotion in this widget? It only shows up in the Dashboard. Can I remove it?

I’m having the same problem, and it worked when I turned off the “Save in Media Library” option as suggested (changing image number and size didn’t work for me). But it breaks again when I turn it back on. I can leave it off for now, but thought I should report it, since I would like to turn it back on eventually!

I am having all the same issues as the above. Your “change number of photos” worked, however, now they are showing vertical instead of horizontal.

I am having the exact same problem with the “Save in Media Library” I would really like it if this feature would work again.

I am having the same problem. AND when the images are visible the picture quality is really bad.
