Plugin not working after loading a page with ajax

I just installed your plugin on a test site.
It’s working great and seems highly customizable so thank you for that.

No I have a problem (two actually but i’ll create another topic) :
– My website has Ajax transitions between pages. I dynamically load content inside a certain div, so the page never reloads completely while navigating the website.
– Your plugin works perfectly on a regular page load, but is broken on an ajax load. I assume this is because the events needed are bound to document.ready (which is not triggered in this case)

Do you know how to fix this? Is there a function I can call that will reload the responsible js ?
