Plugin not working after update

Do you see the slider’s dashboard if you go to WordPress menu > Smart Slider 3? Or do you see an error message there instead?

I can see it in the dashboard but when i when clicking on it its don’t show me any thing but an empty page

I find it possible that something went wrong during the update which resulted some missing files. So first I suggest trying to install the slider again. To do so, you’ll need to deactivate and remove the current installation. Your sliders will stay.

Also, please note that Smart Slider 3.3.22 requires a minimum of PHP 5.6.20 (just like WordPress itself: https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/).
You can verify your PHP version by creating an info.php file: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/236-allowed-memory-size-of-67108864-bytes-exhausted

Yes your right i can see the warning sings in my setting page my php is 5.4.31
and im not ruining the latest update of WordPress ether is there a way to revert the update of Smart Slider?

You’ll need to remove the 3.3.22 version and install 3.3.21 which required PHP 5.4. You can get that old version from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/smart-slider-3/advanced/

Your sliders will stay.
