    After updating to version 2.11.42, I can’t connect my site to the 10Web booster service.

    I was using the free version, and it was working fine until the update.

    After reading the troubleshooting guide, I tried the following:

    • Check if API is disabled – appended domain name with “/?rest_route=/?” and it returned a JSON page.
    • Disabled some (about a dozen), but not all of my plugins.
    • Whitelisted the 6 IP addresses for 10Web services.

    None of the above worked, and I’m still unable to connect.

    In the meantime could you kindly specified if for reconnecting you also tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it once more?

    Hello Nikita,

    Thanks for responding. I did delete the plugin, cleared the cache, and reinstalled.

    The odd thing is that before I deleted the plugin, it showed my site as connected, but the 10Web website said I needed to connect.

    Thank you for the reply. We have made a change on our side to fix the issue. If it hasn’t been fixed on your side yet, just click on connect from the plugin again and the issue will be fixed.
