  • This sounds like a possible conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    It does seem to be a theme issue (Boss Theme), but I’m only having issues with this plugin in particular (I have over 50). I’ve contacted the theme developer, but I do think it’s strange that it’s just this plugin.

    So, they had me add this custom CSS and it is working now:

    #em-wrapper {
    display: block !important;
    }

    Just in case it may help someone else. ??

    We’ve just today released a new version of the plugin, I’m not sure if there’s anything in the fixes it contains that necessarily relates to your situation but it would be a good idea to upgrade.

    Our replies crossed, glad you got it fixed.
