Plugin not working after updating to WordPress 5.8

  • Hi guys,

    My Getty images plugin has stopped working over the last few days. I’m pretty sure this coincides with updating to WordPress 5.8.

    I can log in and search for images fine, but when I’ve searched for an image and the thumbnails have loaded, I can’t click on them.

    Testing on a site that hasn’t updated to WordPress 5.8 and the plugin still seems to work fine.

    Can anyone else confirm issues on WordPress 5.8?

    Hi there… yes this is most likely a problem with the plugin not being completely compatible with 5.8. We’ll check it out.

    Hi all,
    I confirm the issue also on some websites I manage, updated to the latest version of WordPress. Currently the plugin is not usable as it does not allow to click on the search results. Actually, nothing below the search box is clickable.

    Thank you for your effort in the maintenance of this plugin, it is much appreciated and we really hope to receive the plugin update asap.

    Hi again… sorry, this is not yet resolved. But we are working on it. I’ll post an update as soon as we’ve identified the problem and have a path forward for fixing it.

    Quick update – we released a new version that fixes a few things, however scrolling through search results is still not working. We’re continuing to debug.

    I’m stilling the same issue with the latest update.

    If I view the source and delete the following…

    <div class="attachments-wrapper">...</div>

    I can then access the images but still can’t scroll.

    Hi again… we’ve released version 4.0.12 of our plugin, fixing the issue with scrolling in search results. Thanks for your patience while we sorted this out!
