• Hi,

    We are currently using your plugin on one of our websites and recently it stopped working and crashed our website. In order to recover the site we had to deactivate the plugin. The header would still load but everything below that was no longer visible.

    Is the plugin up to date with the newer version of wordpress?

    Hi Mark,

    Sorry for the trouble. I have not had a chance to verify the plugin in compatible with the latest version of WP. I’ll investigate this weekend.

    I just updated my test site to WP 4.8 and the plugin is functioning as designed. What theme are you on? Also please make sure you have the latest version of the CSMI. I made an important update about a month ago.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I reactivated it and it still breaks my website. I’m using a theme from themeforest called “Medical Press”. It was working just fine before.

    What is CSMI? Where do I get the latest version?

    Hi Marc,

    Sorry for the confusion… CSMI is the plugin, short for Country Specific Menu Items. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to make sure you have the current version that was recently released. If it still doesn’t work, please email me the zip file of your theme so I can troubleshoot. [email protected]

    Hi Ryan,

    Sorry I was away on vacation. I tried to uninstall, re-download the plugin and when I activate it I get the following error:

    Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/familynaturopath/public_html/wp-content/plugins/location-specific-menu-items-by-country/geoip.inc on line 1764
