Plugin not working anymore since last update

Since I updated the plugin to the newest version it is not working anymore. The plugin is installed and active, but it is not showing in the backend or in woocommerce. The plugins settings-page is gone and the buttons to create invoices. I realised this because it was not attaching invoices to my emails anymore…
It’s just like I have deleted the plugin completely. I tried deactivating and reactivating again, but it didn’t help.
I would reinstall the plugin, but then all my settings and custom invoices templates would be lost. How can I backup my settings manually?
