Plugin not working as before

  • I’ve been using CFDB for a while and everything has worked as expected.

    A few days ago the shortcodes stopped showing the latest entries for that form (as they did before) and continue to show what was the latest entry a few days ago.

    If I delete and reinstall the plugin will I lose any data?

    Any other suggestions as to what to do?

  • The database will only delete if you set the setting in Options>System tab to drop the database on uninstall. There are some problems with CFDB and CF7 4.8. If you are using CF7 you may want to roll back to 4.7 until CFDB is updated (if it is updated).
