Plugin not working at all

    Hello,

    This plugin is not working for me. My problems are:

    1. I can not acticate the first free add-onn – Post Types Locator. I click on the blue button and nothing happens.
    2. I activated all the other free addons and no tabs appeared on the settings page. It has only one tab “General Settings”
    3. When I go to the “Forms” section there is a drop down near the “GEO my WP Forms” title with a single option “Create new form”. It is a dropdwown, not a button and I can’t really create any forms. So basically I can’t do anything with it right now.

    Any idea why this is happening? I think it is because of my theme, which uses custom post types and maybe it causes the problem, but is there a workaround. There isn’t really any other GEO search plugins around so I was wondering if this can work, without me reverse engineering it and make it work…

    Hi,
    There seem to be an issue with the post types add-on in the latest version of the plugin. I am currently out of the country and unable to provide a fix for it.

    You can download the previous stable version ( 2.6.0.2 ) from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/geo-my-wp/download/ and manually install it on your site. This version should work fine until the next release of the plugin sometime at the end of this month.

    I’m experiencing issues 2 & 3 on GMW version 2.6.4

    Hey! I had the same issues, but managed to get everything right again by downgrading to 2.6.0.2. Unfortunately the Taxonomy Locator doesn’t work with this version, any chance I can find an older version of this add on?

    Having the same issues! Brand new install of WordPress!

    Please describe the issues that you are experiencing and what you have done so far regarding settings up GEO my WP and add-ons activations.

    Also, which theme are you using and a link to the live site would be helpful.
