Here is an example link of a gravity form. We had the konfirmi plugin widget installed on this form, but it was preventing submissions. Here are some of the errors that we encountered.

Uncaught ReferenceError: container is not defined

Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “parentElement”, this.previousSibling is undefined

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for your comment

As mentioned in our support emails with you, we are working to fix this issue now, and expect to have the issue resolved in the next few business days.

It looks like there are issues with Gravity Forms (as you reference), and with Ninja Forms.

However, Contact Form 7 and ur other plugin integrations still work.

Thank you again for your comment, and for your patience.

Have the issues with gravity forms been resolved yet? Currently, when I test the plugin by adding a the driver’s license field to my form and take a fresh picture, it says the “photo is too old”.

Apologies for the delay in responding.

We fixed the issues with Gravity Forms (and Ninja Forms) several weeks ago. Our QA team could not find any errors after the fix.

Also, we tested the issue you reference, and cannot reproduce it.

Please keep in mind that the photo must be uploaded from the same device as the KONFIRMI widget. Otherwise, the relevant data gets stripped from the photo image.

In other words, if you take the photo from your phone, the photo must be uploaded into the KONFIRMI widget that is open on the same phone. Similarly, if you take the photo from your desktop or laptop, the photo must be uploaded into the KONFIRMI widget that is open on the same desktop or laptop.

    Hope this helps

I have been doing this and it is still not working.

I have provided a current live public test page, can you recreate the problem here? It will not let me submit the form after I upload a current photo from the same device.

    @krisbucher

We tested our app using the link you provided. Everything worked properly.

    More specifically:

-1 We uploaded a screenshot taken on the device that had the KONFIRMI widget open. This failed, as screenshots are not allowed

-2 We took a picture using the in-app camera functionality, and submitted it. This worked exactly as intended

-3 We also took a picture on the device that had the KONFIRMI widget open. We then uploaded that picture. This worked exactly as intended.

You can see all of this in your account in our app

We’re sorry, but as previously stated, we cannot find any problem.

So the upload feature is working fine for me right now, sorry for not specifying.

The current problem is that I am not able to hit the gravity forms submit button. There seems to be a conflict with gravity forms. I have 0 successful test entries on my gravity forms, in spite of seeing konfirmi logs that verify the photo check.

The issue you reference does not happen in our tests. As previously stated, our QA team could not find any issues.

There is probably another plugin that is interfering

We’re sorry, but it is simply impossible to ensure that other plugins won’t interfere with ours
