Hi there,

You are using a cache plugin: Enable the option “Load product price in the background” to refresh the price and clear the cache of the cache plugin (https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/docs/getting-started/geolocation-cache-support/)
We found issues with the “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options by themecomplete” plugin. It overwrites the prices. Verify if deactivating the “TM Extra Product Options” plugin solves the problem.
As an alternative, The Pro version includes support for Product add-ons by WooCommerce (https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/2018/11/08/woocommerce-product-add-ons-3-0-compatible/)

Hello Oscar, unfortunately it didn’t work, if we buy the pro version, can you help us with the setup? and is it compatible with TM Extra Product Options?

Hi there,
Pro version does not include support for TM Extra Product Options.
The compatible plugin is Product add-ons by WooCommerce (https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/2018/11/08/woocommerce-product-add-ons-3-0-compatible/)

I got an error when I tested the checkout page. This error may be the cause of the problem.

Solve this errors before testing the plugin again.

I need to know the PHP error message to help you to solve the problem.

Please review the PHP error log of the hosting. WooCommerce also logs the PHP errors at WooCommerce > Status > logs > “Fatal errors” file.
