    Hello,

    After a recent update, the plugin stopped working. I got a warning in the admin of the site that I needed to set up the plugin. Went through the process to connect, but in the backend where it says:

    Connect to your Facebook page
    This is the page that will receive messages from your website visitors.

    It doesn<t tell me what page it is… I don<t have access to the 2 other parts of the setup process, and nowhere to put the Facebook Page ID.

    Deactivated and reactivated, but nothing changed. Deleted and reinstalled, still nothing. Cleared all caches. Still nothing.

    Hoping you can help me get this resolved.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    In order Chat Plugin to work Facebook page needs to be connected. The page should be available / not banned / not restricted by country.
    Also, the domain has to be Whitelisted on Facebook page Settings.
    Please, make sure your page is available and whitelisted.

    If the issue persists, please send me:
    * website link
    * Facebook page link or page ID

    Hi, @boulosblack
    I see that the script is missing on the website. If you open it and right click on the mouse -> View Page source and search for ‘mobilemonkey’ you’ll see that there is no script.
    From the WordPress you can open web version of MobileMonkey, go to Lead Magnets -> Customer Chat widget and there should be active widget. Click Edit and you’ll see the <script>. Copy it and paste to the website <head> tag.
    Also please make sure that domain is whitelisted.
    After these steps the chat widget will appear on the website.

    Hello @ingasupranovich ,

    Your instructions weren’t very clear. Compared to the old plugin, there are more steps to set it up this time. Previously we could set everything up from the WordPress Dashboard. Now it works only when I set it up from your website.

    In any case, I got it working. Thank you for the info.

    Hey, @boulosblack
    Great to hear it is working for you, the script could be also fixed by deactivating/reactivating the plugin and reconnect the FB page, we didn’t change the flow.
    The plugin paste the script automatically, but manual pasting help to see other ways in case you have any issues
