Plugin Not Working: Error

  • When I install plugin I immediately get error:

    The plugin generated 4 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

    If I try to look at the frontend product i get error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/78/13962778/html/bsl_wholesale/wp-content/plugins/woo-min-max-quantity-limit/woo-min-max-quantity.php:1) in /home/content/78/13962778/html/bsl_wholesale/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174
