Plugin not working in Chrome and Edge

    Hey together.

    I have problems with google translate plugin, it is simply doing nothing on

    Chrome latest version:
    88.0.4324.150

    Does nothing …

    Edge latest version:
    88.0.705.68

    Does nothing …

    Firefox
    85.0.2

    translates everything fine. On mobile devices (Galaxy S20, Android 11) it looks fine and translates.

    Please do not tell me that I would need the paid version ??

    Hi,

    It works fine for me on Chrome.

    May be you have some specific extensions for your browser which are blocking the translate functionality.

    Try to check with incognito window without any extensions enabled.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I checked my addons and the “bad guy” in this game was the extension ghostery which I am using in both browsers. Allowing google translate fixed the problem. Maybe this info helps others. In Firefox I do not use any extensions to check if websites running correctly.
