    Hi,

    I recently installed the Bol.com plugin but it didn’t show any products on the front end, just a white frame with bol.com image placeholder. After som research I changed the server settings so that short_open_tags are allowed, deactivated the plugin, re-installed the plugin but no luck… still no products are shown.

    The code that is inserted in the WYSIWYG editor in wordpress after using the bol.com buttong is:

    Hi there,

    Did you also try removing and re-adding the code after turning on shortcodes?
    Besides that, are you sure your API-keys are correct and validated?

    Hi Jordy,

    yes I did remove and re-added the code and yes I verifief the key & secret. My wordpress Admin gives a positive return:

    I also checked with my hosting partner and this is the Dutch answer:

    Ik heb de vereisten van de plugin nog even nagekeken en alles staat hiervoor correct. Doch blijft de plugin een ‘noimage’ antwoord terugkrijgen vanuit bol.com. Het trage ‘host’ antwoord lijkt me ook niet van toepassing daar dit antwoord binnen een halve seconde komt. Het lijkt alsof de plugin geen (correcte) data terugkrijgt vanuit de bol.com.

    I just released a new version of the plugin (1.3.3).
    Could you download this version and see if the problem still exists?
