Plugin not working (not replacing WordPress/Divi Search)

    Hi there,

    I just added your plugin and it was supposed to be working out of the box, right? But it is not. Please advise what to do?

    I can’t see the tracker added on this page. Can you check that you have the_footer() being called in your theme?

    Super thanks for your prompt response. This is amazing!

    So sorry, but do not know how to check what you have requested? Would you mind elaborating on that or take the trouble to log in to my site and check?

    I realised that there is a plugin on the site: “Memphis document library” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/memphis-documents-library/) was causing issues with the way my theme: Divi, displays the search page which was set on the “Theme Builder” of Divi. Not sure if this plugin can affect your plugin too?

    Apologies! I mixed up the responses. You don’t the_footer (which should have been wp_footer) to get the plugin to work.

    But, yes it should work out of the box. What are you seeing/expecting to see that is not working?

    Do you have seamless mode on right now? If it is off, the custom tries its own template
