Plugin not working on custom shop page

Hi,

Unfortunately our plugin can not work with custom content, it can only work with WooCommerce products, based on the default WooCommerce Shop page.

Ah that’s too bad :s There is really no way to find a fix for it? Maybe you could give me a path to follow?

Ok, now I manage to make my design on the main woocommerce page, but the filtering is not happening. It shows ‘No product found’. Any idea? You can test it with ‘boucles d’oreille’ filter.

You are still not using WooCommerce Products there, the plugin can not work with custom content at all, it can only filter WooCommerce Products.

But I am, now it’s the same page as the one set in woocommerce

I meant these are not WooCommerce Products based on the default WooCommerce Shop Page Template, these are some custom-built elements: https://share.zight.com/geu1BN7Z – those can not be filtered by the product filter.
