plugin not working on mobile device

    I am trying to use mobile options on the Weaver Pro theme, but when I load the website on my mobile device it does not seem to be updating to the current code. I have cleared browsing data on my mobile device and enabled the plugin. I am new to mobile development, so I appreciate your help and patience. Thx.
