Plugin not working on mobile device

    Hello there,
    I am using this plugin and its working fine but situation is i have converted website to the android app and when i click on whats app button it says please download whats app to start chat .
    So can you help me with this issue?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience

    The problem is might be due to the cache plugins, not detecting the device.

    Please click/tick the App First(if cache issue), the last option from the settings page and clear the cache.

    I have done that before after reading support threads but still its showing message like “Looks like you dont have whatsapp install” please check image for easy referance https://prnt.sc/pfttvd
