I followed every step of your documentation.

The only thing that could be is that my theme is not using Woocommerce’s shortcuts on checkout and cart pages?

    Thanks in advance ??

    Hi,

Are you using any third-party shipping plugins? If so, which ones?
How did you set up Free Shipping in your store?

Also, have you tried enabling and configuring a Custom Threshold in the General settings of our plugin?

    Hi Marin!

Yes, I am using my supplier’s plugin (Correos & Correos Express).

Also, Custom Threshold won’t be useful for me since I ship to different countries.

    Thanks again,

Our plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce’s shipping methods and several popular third-party shipping plugins.

In your situation, custom coding may be necessary to resolve the issue. Our plugin offers filter hooks that developers can use to integrate free shipping settings from third-party plugins.

If your free shipping setup is specific to cities within a single shipping zone, and it’s all managed within your plugin, using custom coding is the best approach. The custom threshold feature in our plugin functions effectively per shipping zone or for individual shipping methods. However, for more granular control such as city-specific settings, customization through coding will be required.
