here is the site to see the issue
    test.arkbuildremodel.com/?page_id=18

    here is the specific code:

    <td><center>[sg_popup id="2"]<img src="https://test.arkbuildremodel.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/remodel-icon.png" alt="" width="180" />[/sg_popup]
    [sg_popup id="2"]<strong>REMODELING</strong>[/sg_popup]</center></td>

when i click on the link only, the popup works. (no annoying additional error messag)

when i click on the image only, i get the popup, but an error message overtop of the popup: “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”

    This is annoying!

    What’s wrong

  • Dear @dwcheck62,
    Thank you for contacting us.

When you add ‘on click’ functionality we wrap html element into <a> tags. Seems you are using another plugin that shows images inside the popup and this causes “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.” message, which is not from our side.

The solution is: instead of wrapping ‘on click’ into image tag ([sg_popup id="1"]<img>[/sg_popup]), wrap the text only ([sg_popup id="1"]Click Me[/sg_popup])

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

this works, but i really wanted to be able to click on either the image or the text. I figured out which plugin is causing the error (Image Widget Plugin… not broken, just caused the unexpected behaviour). as soon as I deactivated, i got my expected results.

    your plugin is great.

    That’s great!
If you have a couple of minutes, could you please leave a review for our plugin?
