I can’t seem to get this plugin to work. In the settings menu of the plugin I can only disable sale-badges, there are no other options. So I can’t configure the badges and none of the badges are showing.
I’m using Woothemes Canvas. I’ve switched to Twenty Fifteen, but the problem persists. Had to deactivate the plugin because is was messing up one of my sidebars as well.

    Hi,

after plugin installation you find a new menu item (called badges) in the left sidebar of the wp admin area. Click here to create the new badge!

    Let me know!

Thanks for your reply. The problem is that the badges-menu is almost empty. I’ve made a screenshot which you can see here. As you can see, I have no options to choose from, except the ‘Hide on sale badge’ option.

    Hi,

this is the only option that you can find in this tab in the free version of Badge management!

Hi, then I would suggest that you make clear that in the free version you can only turn off the sales-badge, and that there are no other things you can do with this plugin. The information you give in the description is rather misleading.

    Hi Kaqu,

I found all features that I read in the description. Please, could you explain better wich features you try to set ?

Hi, there are no features for me to set. The only option I find in the badges menu is hiding the ‘on sale’ badge. No other options, no other information about the plugin, nothing.
I have tried using the plugin on another install with Woothemes Canvas. The same problem occurs. There are no options in the badges menu. In this image you can see what the badges menu looks like in my dashboard.

    Hi Kaqu,
to use the Bade Management features you have to use the WordPress side menu. Please consider go to Badges -> Add Badge to start adding badges that you can modify directly from the same menu.

As I have explained earlier, there are no options in my badge menu, so I can’t add any badges.

    Hi,

Please try with the latest version 1.1.1 of YITH WooCommerce Badge Management and let me know if the Badge menu item is shown now.

Thanks for patience and for segnalation.

No still no badge menu. This is all I see.

Sorry, I was a bit too hasty. After re-installing I now see an extra badges menu (apart from the Badges Management sub-menu in the YIT-plugins menu). So I am happy to say it works!
    Thanks for sorting this out!
