Plugin not working with a3 Lazy Load?

I’m trying to make this plugin work with a3 Lazy LoadURL Plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/a3-lazy-load/
Is a suggestion on how I can make it work?
If I install a3 Lazy Load plugin, the images are not showing on the lightbox possible because of the lazy image script.
