Plugin not Working with Horizontal Scrolling Website

  • Hi there Malihu! I hope you are doing great ??

    I built this website using the “Horizontal Scroll” widget by Element Pack. What I want to do is to anchor link the sticky button “Get in Touch” to the last section of the website (with the contact form) but I haven’t been succesful.

    Can you help me with this?

    Hello,

    I’m not sure if the plugin will work with your layout but go to plugin settings and set the “Page layout” option to “auto”. Save changes and let me know.

    Unfortunately the plugin (or any other similar plugin) cannot work with your theme. This is because your theme has a completely custom way of horizontal page scrolling. It basically translates the default browser vertical scrolling to move the inner content sections via javascript.

    In order to scroll (smoothly or not) to a section in your content, you’ll need to check if there’s custom a way in your theme to do so, as the default browser behavior doesn’t work. You might need to contact the theme devs to ask them if such functionality/feature exists.
