    Hi there,

first of all: I love this plugin. On my other genesis child themes, it works perfect. But unfortunately not on Refined Theme and I have no idea, how to fix it. It would be very nice, to get help here.

There should be two rows and three columns:

Some Text – featured page 1 – featured page 2
    featured page 3 – featured page 4 – featured page 5

    Thanks!

    Best wishes
    Susanne

    Hello @literaturschock

This plugin only adds the column classes. No CSS or anything is added.
Looking at your page I can see the classes are added correctly but the theme CSS overwrites the CSS classes for these columns.
Please contact the theme support for this issue.

    Cheers, Jory

Hi! Congratulations on this plugin, it’s great!

Something similar happens to me in a children’s theme of Genesis, specifically I use Corporate Pro.

Suddenly, the plugin stopped working correctly and does not show the widgets in columns as it did so far.

Is it possible that it is incompatible with any update?

    The web is: wpnovatos.com

Greetings and thank you very much.

Ups! I just discovered that it is incompatible with the “Email Encoder – Protect Email Addresses” plugin

When you activate the other plugin, yours stops working ??

    Hello @juanmaaranda
Please open a new topic since yours is a different issue and this one is already closed.
Also, please share any debug info. I seems very strange to me that an email related plugin can interfere with this plugin.
    Cheers, Jory

Thank you Juanma Aranda. Exactly same issue. Deactivated the “Email Encoder – Protect Email Addresses” plugin and the column classes were applied again.

So for some reason, strange as it is, this particular email encoder plugin is causing a conflict.

I found the issue with the Email Encoder plugin.
This happens because the Email Encoder overwrites the default callback method for widgets. This prevents this plugin to find the actual widget parameters.
Not sure how to prevent this without removing compatibility with other plugins..

Thank you for the update. No great problem for me to be honest, as I’ve just switched to another email encoder plugin.

Hi, I found this thread while trying to figure out why this plugin is not working with my Navigation Pro theme. I had the ’email encoder plugin’ installed and running before I installed this plugin. When I found this thread saying it conflicts I removed that plugin, however it is still not working. The widget areas stack on top of eachother instead of going into columns.
I am doing this in the Above Footer CTA widget area in the Navigation Pro theme.
Thank you for any ideas to fix this.

    Hello @kfazioli

I think this is a different issue.
Please open a new ticket since this ticket is already closed, that’s why I was your comment so late, sorry.
Also provide a link to your page since I don’t have the Navigation Pro theme tot test with.

    Let me know!

    Hello @kfazioli

I’m sorry, I just realized you already did create a new ticket!
You can disregard my previous message ??

    Cheers, Jory

Thanks Jory, I opened a new ticket and you answered yesterday! I did not realize that with the newest Gutenburg blocks themes Genesis is not including the column classes anymore since on pages and posts you use the block columns. Once I got them added in it worked!
