Plugin not working with shipworks

    HI. We setup our store with your sequential plugin. It shows the modified order number on the screen in woo but when it exports to shipworks, it is using a 65000 number. Any help would be appreciated

    Hi @edecals3,

    As you mentioned, the plugin saves the order number in the database correctly and shows in woocommerce orders listing. The exporter plugin you are using might be fetching the post_id of the orders instead of order number. Please contact their support team and see if they would be able to use some filters to export correct data.
