Plugin not working without any log

I’m trying to use twitter-auto-publish plugin for my site. I added all configurations as mentioned in docs. And I can see the ‘WP Twitter Auto Publish’ widget in the add post page. But even after I ticked Enable auto publish posts to my twitter account and saved the post will not be auto published. And nothing will be shown in plugin logs section too… I can supply any more details needed. thanks for any help.
