  • Hi Hadean

This is Mike from the ClickDesk Team.

If you are having trouble in installing the widget as a plugin on your WordPress website, I would suggest you to copy the ClickDesk Javascript code given on this page – https://my.clickdesk.com/#departments/default and paste it here within your WordPress Dashboard – navigate to Appearance > Editor > Footer > paste the codes
    OR
In WP, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > drag a Text widget to a section/area that is visible to all pages > paste the codes.

You may also try to install the plugin once again and see if it works.

Do feel free to write back to me on my email [email protected], if you are continuing to face issues. I will be more than happy to help. You can also stop by our website https://www.clickdesk.com and chat with one of our agents online to get live help.

    Thanks

hello Mike thanks for your help
I will try the javascript solution and I will post any results.
I forgot to mention that the php notice is produced upon activation of the wp plugin.
