[Plugin: NPR Transcription] Got some errors after activating NPR Trascription

After installing and activating this plugin (Both via Istalling online and Uploading), I got these errors:
1. Error message: The plugin generated 4936 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
2. Both back-end and front-end messed up.
3. Plugin Duplicated (2 Plugins NPR Transcription appear at the same time, one activated and one deactivated.)
